By registering an account, downloading our client, or using any services provided on our website or game server, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 1. Account Registration and Security
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (ID and Password). Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility.
Account Ownership: All accounts, characters, items, and virtual data remain the ultimate property of JibekRoad Online. Accounts cannot be sold, traded, or transferred for real-world money.
2. User Conduct and Game Rules
To maintain a fair and fun environment for all players, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
Cheating and Exploits: The use of third-party programs, hacks, bots (unless explicitly permitted in specific training areas), client modifications, or exploiting game bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Harassment and Toxicity: Threatening, harassing, abusing, or using hate speech against other players or staff members in global chats, Discord, or community spaces will result in immediate penalties.
Impersonation: Impersonating server administrators, Game Masters (GMs), or other staff members is strictly forbidden.
Chargebacks and Fraud: Initiating fraudulent disputes or chargebacks on donations will result in a permanent hardware/IP ban of all associated accounts.
3. Donations and Virtual Currency (Silk)
Voluntary Support: JibekRoad Online is a free-to-play private server. Donations are entirely voluntary and are used solely to cover server hosting, maintenance, and development costs.
Virtual Rewards: As a thank you for your support, you may receive virtual currency ("Silk") or in-game items. These items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No-Refund Policy: All donations are final. Because virtual currency and items are delivered instantly to your account, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
4. Server Availability and Data Maintenance
"As-Is" Service: We strive to keep the server online 24/7, but we provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance and Downtime: Scheduled or emergency maintenance, server restarts, and updates will occur. We are not liable for any virtual loss (exp, items, or time) during server downtimes or unexpected crashes.
Balance Changes: We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, item stats, drop rates, and character balance at any time to ensure the longevity of the server.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you are found violating any part of these Terms or local server rules.
6. Intellectual Property
JibekRoad Online is a modification server based on Silkroad Online. All original game assets, graphics, and underlying code belong to their respective copyright holders (Joymax Co., Ltd.). This server is an independent simulation operated for educational and recreational purposes.
